• Telephony services with VoIP interface: access to the telephony interfaces (formerly My Phone)
– IP stack for the Personal Computer is included (IP licenses on OmniPCX Enterprise side need however to be purchased as for today)
• One number services: access to the call routing/screening interfaces (formerly My Assistant)
• Messaging interface: access to messaging interfaces (formerly My Messaging) is provided but the infrastructure needs to be purchased
– Either VxML ports for a true unified messaging system or Alcatel-Lucent 4635/4645 system with corresponding resources
• Instant Messaging: access to instant message services (through My Teamwork interfaces) but without any audio and data conferencing capabilities
• Peer-to-Peer video (video collaboration): video capabilities (P2P) associated to a VoIP channel
• Presence: access to presence information (Telephony and Instant Messaging)

Drag & drop a number or a name from any desktop application (if this is allowed) into this area to perform a
call.

Menu allowing the user to select the way lookups will be performed:
. Call by name: this is the default mode for searching people by name
. Call by department or by skill: mode for searching people by department or skill (up to 5 items can be defined by the system administrator)
