The SuperDos injector operates without electricity to precisely inject liquid concentrates into a water supply line using fluid flow as the power source.

The non-electric SuperDos injectors reduce the liability risk concerns associated with traditional electrical pumps. These injectors use a patented one-way gasket. Only the mixing chamber and the lower end are exposed to the chemical. This prolongs the life of the motor, and the innovative mixing chamber design also ensures a thorough and precise mixing of the fluid and injected chemical. Typically, non-electric injectors reduce start-up costs by 30-60% over traditional electric injectors.

The SuperDos mid-high flow, fluid (water)-driven proportional injectors offer a low cost alternative to traditional electric technology. Unlike traditional electric pumps, the SuperDos injectors eliminate the need for electricity and can operate in remote areas. Partitioning BoardsAn effective, hygienic solution to segregate sexed birds within poultry housing. With the greater need to reduce Campylobacter and other diseases, this barrier is a light weight alternative to traditional wood and steel systems.

Made from aluminium, the barriers are non-corrosive, suitable for arduous environments and easy to clean. PVC Catching CurtainsRed Tractor Farm Assurance requires catching curtains to be fitted to main access doors to prevent light access to the house during daylight catching. In the event that a high level of ventilation is needed during depopulation, all of our catching curtains are made from a heavier grade of PVC to help reduce curtain movement and, due to the reduction in light when forklifts are manoeuvring through the shed doors, they also come with 2 PVC strip door markers. The vast majority of extraction fans are inactive during cold winter periods, during which large heat losses occur through the ventilation opening. To prevent such losses, fans can be fitted with insulation panels. This way, generated heat can be kept inside the building and the outside adverse weather conditions kept out.

Chick PaperAs chicks walk on the paper it emits a rustling sound, encouraging more chicks onto the paper and directing them to the feeder and drinker systems. Chick paper offers a warmer ground cover which reduces cases of osteoporosis and yolk sac infections and improves uniformity of the flock. The high absorbing capacity prevents chicks form eating secretions which promotes a more hygienic environment.
