Creation of an extension & new positioning into 4T for Winter 20.
- The project : Creation of an extension (changeover to 442 rooms, or 996 commercial beds) + new positioning into 4T for Winter 20.
- With an average of 300 days’ sunshine a year, it is south-facing and called “the island of the sun shine”.
- Alpe d’Huez Grand Domaine Ski area: 2nd highest (3330m) and 7th biggest ski domain (250km) in France

Those resorts were not fitting anymore the standards we follow in order to ensure to our clients the best

We were not able to undertake some renovations in those resorts as the facilities were not ours
On the other hand, we are opening a new ski resort this year (Arcs Panorama), and we opened two last
year (Samoens in the French Alps, and Tomamu in Japan)
