Buildings / Class Placement - North ● North Campus (K4-3rd grade)

○ Attached gymnasium, cafeteria, and church allow for young students to stay in the warm, safe, and secure building when transitioning.

○ Fenced in large parking lot with four entrances and exits allows for easier pick-up, / drop-off and secure recess time

○ K4 will be a 5-day, full day program as part of the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program

○ Before/After care will now be available at the North Campus

Buildings / Class Placement - South ● South Campus (4th-8th grade)

○ CCHS proximity - (accelerated classes, shared facilities)○ Access to two gymnasiums and an auditorium○ Kitchen facilities will enable the option for older students to take hot lunch

or salad bar○ Infrastructure in place for one-to-one computer use ○ Lockers for all students○ Older students are better equipped to travel outside for mass and special

classes○ More space for elective classes○ Before/After Care will be available for both preschoolers and students on

South Campus

Policies ● Handbooks

○ Student/Family Handbooks for the 2019-20 school year are currently being combined and edited

○ Faculty Handbook was combined for this 2018-19 school year and will be updated for 2019-20

● Uniforms / Dress Code○ St. Charles is in a uniform transition year with uniforms and will be fully in

BCS uniforms in 2019-20

Registration / Staffing● Registration begins Sunday, January 27th ● We have budgeted for all staff members to be employed at

Burlington Catholic in some capacity● The more students that register, the more teachers we will

need on staff - PLEASE REGISTER EARLY!

Upcoming BCS Events● Open House - Sunday 1/27 8am-12pm

○ North Campus - Pancake Breakfast and K4-3rd grade staff and student work

○ South Campus - Bake Sale, Book Fair, and 4th-8th grade staff and student work

○ CCHS - shared facilities and staff; student tours○ St. Mary Preschool - 2 ½ year old - 4 year old preschool

● All School Mass / activities - Wednesday 1/30 @ 10am ○ St. Mary Large Gym / South Campus

● Kindergarten Round-Up / Registration - Thursday 2/7 ○ North Campus
