RESERVATIONS: ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE RESERVED IN EASTERN TIME. To accommodate your preferences, advanced reservations are recommended. We suggest you contact the Drift Spa prior to your arrival. Children under the age of 16 are allowed in the salon area when accompanied by an adult. The Drift Spa is not able to accept appointments for children under 16 years of age, however children ages 16 & 17 may receive services while accompanied by an adult.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify the Drift Spa 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Cancellations for spa events or groups require 72 hours notice. All missed appointments without proper notice will be charged for the service plus gratuity.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?: We suggest you and your guests arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Should you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, we may have to shorten your service time to accommodate other scheduled guests.

SATISFACTION: Please inform your therapist during your treatment if you would like them to change the pressure, temperature, lighting or other factors to maximize your comfort and satisfaction.

SPA ENVIRONMENT: For comfort and enjoyment for all of our guests cell phones and cameras are not permitted in the Drift Spa. Please silence your phone when placing it in your assigned locker.

GRATUITY: A 20% Service Fee will be added to the cost of all services provided.

MEDICAL INFORMATION: You are required to complete a Client Profile Form in order to identify any potential contraindictions and customize your treatment selections. Information provided will be kept confidential in accordance with our strict privacy policy.

SPA ATTIRE: Our therapists are highly trained in draping procedures to ensure your complete privacy. Please undress to your comfort level and remove all jewelry prior to any treatment.You may prefer to remove hearing aids, eyeglasses or contact lenses. When receiving massage, body treatments or facials we recommend you remove your makeup prior to the service.
