Tube Repair for Water Cooling Tower



Against conventional way When tube leak happens on cooling tower due to freezing water from inside of tube by cold weather in winter or abnormal operational issue, normally whole module for heat exchanger had been dis-assembled to mobilize them to the shop for repair work which leads high cost and time. Another way for repair is that tube had been plugged so it caused cooling (heat) surface’s decreasing and tube’s which plugged not be working anymore that leaded efficien-cy impact and degradation. We, MSM, has provided total solution of tube repair for cooling tower as innovative way. We don’t plug the damaged tube. We make them fully activating through welding methodology.

MSM - Total Solution Provider 1) Special Welder MSM provides high level of cooling tower tube welder specially who can perform tube repair welding on 1 mm or less thickness of cooling tower tube. 2) Special Fitter MSM provides customized fitter who can carry out in-vestigation damaged tube, perfect fit-up and collaborat-ed work with welder. 3) All others - erection MSM also provides all erection scope such as scaffold-ing, crane, manpower and/or all construction tools & consumables if any. Otherwise, MSM partner company or client can do that and we will support accordingly.
