LKRK Spray Ball

The LKRK spray ball is used for the cleaning process andstorage tanks in dairies, breweries and the overall foodindustry etc.

Standard DesignLKRK is a pressed ball made of a stainless steel sheetavailable with diameters of 2.5 and 3.7 inches. The CIPsupply pipe is connected to the socket of the spray ballby means of a locking pin. The socket is dimensioned forISO or DIN tubes. The spray ball has a flat shoulder withholes to enable thorough cleaning of the supply pipe.LKRK can be drilled with the following patterns:

1) B-version for directing the spray pattern to the bottom area of the tank.

2) T-version for directing the spray pattern to the top area of the tank.3) F-version for directing the spray pattern all over the tank.

The 2.5" spray ball is available with 0.079 " holes, and the3.7" spray ball is available with 0.079 or 0.12" holes. (Seecapacity diagrams).
