Joining your national trade association is a direct investment in advocating for and protecting the collective interests of independent living, assisted living, and memory care. CREDENTIALINGALFA is making a long-term investment to establish credentialing for managers and professionals working in senior living. Credentialing contributes to the qualification and competency of senior living leaders as well as an increased positive public perception of the industry.

STANDARDSALFA supports the development of professional standards for operators to ensure quality, self accountability and public trust for the senior living industry.

President’s Council – Industry partner members are eligible to appoint two representatives to serve on the President’s Council.
