Watson make the phone or the electric speech machine. By June 3, 1875, Thomas and Alexander made the telephone a success.

make his idea into a machine. Alexander called it the electric speech machine or the telephone for short.

During each day Alexander would teach deaf children. At night, he could be found working on a machine that would send human sound waves over wires.
