ALECRIM AO CHIADO

Placed in the heart of Lisbon, Alecrim ao Chiado is a renovation of an old family house, originally built after the earthquake in 1755. The beauty of the old style with high ceilings, and huge windows are the signature of this boutique-Hotel. The cosy decor with light colours and warm fabrics make Guests feel at home.

Alecrim ao Chiado is in the heart of Chiado neighbourhood, less than 5 minutes walking from the main interesting touristic attractions of the city. It is also very well communicated by having all public transports nearby. Subway, buses, trams and the train to Cascais and Sintra are all walking distance from the hotel door.

CASA PALMELA HOTEL

Former family country house estate of the Duke of Palmela family, prettily

located in the Nature Park of Arrabida and within a property with over 170 acres

and has been through times the scenery of several important episodes to the

Portuguese history. This house was built in the XVII century and is about 400 years

old. And nowadays is classified for its richness of painted tiles and architectural

ceilings.

Casa Palmela Hotel is a nature hotel and offers one Unique Experience of

comfort and luxury, in perfect harmony with the nature. It has 23 rooms, with view

to the natural park, vineyards and gardens. A restaurant with 48 places inside

and 50 places outside. The food is an authentic Portuguese food. Inside and

1/2 day guided walking tour through Lisbon best places where you can discover some secrets inside the city ruins.

During the visit you will be able to visit the most interesting places and streets of Lisbon. You will definitely visit the Castle of St. Jorge, where you can enjoy Lisbon best view.

From the castle you will go inside Alfama, Lisbon oldest neighbourhood (500 years old) with very typical and tiny streets. From Alfama you walk to Terreiro do Paço, the most important and beautiful square in Lisbon.

@ Casa Palmela Hotel

2 nights stay with breakfast included, as well as 1 dinner for 2 people, with the Quinta do Esteval wine selection. During your stay, enjoy the beauty of the Arrábida Mountains with a nice bottle of wine and the local cheese.

There is also included a wine tasting with a guided tour to the wine house and

museum of José Maria da Fonseca. (2 white wines, 2 red wines, 1 Alambre

Moscatel de Setúbal wine, a typical local soup with a Portuguese bread, pâtés, cheese and local desserts and confectionary.

The visit starts with a small explanation of this wine house, followed by a walking tour through the gardens and Wine cellars: Adega da Mata, where the PeriquitaWine is placed to win the wood taste; Adega dos Teares Novos, where every year is made the Confraria do Periquita, and Adega dos Teares Velhos, where you can find the moscatel wine, as well as the eldest wines of the company.
