HSE Policy is an integrated part of our delivery process. All new Personnel receive induction training on
HSE Practices. Moreover, all Seconded Personnel must undergo a Medical Check-up in their home
country prior to starting their assignment.

Aldelia’s finance team has extensive experience with both day-to-day tax issues and longer terms
strategies to help your organization and personnel to minimize taxes and be compliant as per Nigerian
Tax law.
All Aldelia’s operations in Nigeria are compliant with the local rules. As an employer, Aldelia makes sure
that our Personnel, both nationals and expatriates, are fully compliant in regards to the local tax rules
and regulations.
Workmen compensation and public insurance are held by Aldelia International to cover personnel and
activities. Aldelia also provides healthcare insurance to its consultants.
