On this tour you will see their 860-ft. over- head conveyor, 3-stage washer that includes a cleaner phosphate, a clean water rinse, and a seal rinse. After going through dry-off ovens, parts enter a Nordson pow- der booth. Parts are cured in a 380°F oven. The system was de- signed and installed by Midwest Finishing Systems. Jeryco Industries Inc.-Jeryco is a custom sheet metal fabricator. Some of the components they man- ufacture include cabinets, cabs for operators, card cages, tanks, pan- els, housings, enclosures, frames, racks, brackets, and more. The paint system, designed and in- stalled by SBS Inc., consists of a 660-ft. CNC-controlled convey- orized line, a 5-stage phosphate wash and rinse system, dry-off oven, 3 paint booths (includes ap- plication of waterborne, high-sol- ids, and powder coatings), and a curing oven. Whip Industries-Whip Indus- tries is a manufacturer of outdoor storage containers used by many retailers. The new state-of-the art power-and-free conveyorized sys- tem can powder coat parts up to 40-ft long. It has a 3-stage washer and dry-off/cure oven. A unique feature of this system is that parts cross transfer in the washer. They have selected a cartridge powder booth system from Gema. The l&000-cfm recovery system is de- signed to accommodate the neces- sary combined automatic and manual application to achieve 100% coverage for their product. EXHlBlTORS A Brite Co.
