About The Opposite of Everything:

NNORC Night at the JCC

Now there’s a new way to connect with NNORC.

NNORC is making its Facebook debut in July!

We are always looking for new ways to connect, engage and build community in

our NNORC, and Facebook seems to be the perfect platform for doing that.

WHY SHOULD YOU LIKE THE NNORC FACEBOOK PAGE?

Get announcements about NNORC events and other local programs that may be of interest Receive cutting-edge news and links to news articles on the topics your care about the most Share your voice—contribute your ideas and feedback about all things NNORC Interact with your peers online in a fun and lively forum that may include polls, questions of the day, weekly challenges, and anything else we have yet to dream up Browse photos—lots of photos—of all the good times we’re having

PLEASE CHECK US OUT . . . and if you LIKE, let us know (and let others know too!).

If you already have a Facebook account, simply search “Albany NNORC” and “Like” us. This way, whenever we post something new, our NNORC news will show up on your newsfeed. If you’re not on Facebook, you’ll need to create an account. (Sorry, it’s their rule, not ours.) But it’s easy to create an account. If you need help, call on one of us. Plus, it’s a great way to connect with family, friends and now US!

NOTE: JUST BECAUSE YOU ‘LIKE’ US DOESN’T MEAN WE’RE FRIENDS

Don’t worry, just because you “Like” the NNORC page doesn’t mean that everyone can see your page and your photos. Whether or not people see your page and photos has to do with how you set up your page. If you need help with your privacy settings, we can direct you to the right place to go.

We hope you’ll “LIKE” us on Facebook. Please call if you have any questions.

Congrats to the Spring 2014 Living

Healthy Graduates

Now that I’ve reached three score and ten

I should be at the age of contentment.

I expected a pleasant wife,

Grandchildren for good cheer.

Finding out that I’m nowhere.

Instead of a daughter Hermia

I’ve developed Hernia.

Instead of a son Ari,

I’ve developed Arrythmia

Instead of a grandson Colin,

I’ve spawned Colonoscopy.

I pass the house I should have owned and didn’t,

Dream of the woman I should have had and couldn’t,

Scan two thousand pages of books I should have

written and wouldn’t.

But, it’s May, the tulips are blossoming,

The muses are out there singing,

I enjoy the short bright season,

While wallowing in the waters of unreason.
