Because you will be receiving different Industry Newsletters (Automotive, Distribution & Warehousing, Parking, Food Manufacturing, and Transportation) you may need a different list of your clients for each industry you serve.

For example, you will only want your Automotive clients to get your Automotive newsletter, etc.

Tip: If you are using Excel, and you sometimes copy and paste information into the spreadsheet or use macros, save your file with a .CSV extension (instead of .XLS or .XLSX) to avoid importing errors.Export your contacts from the application you currently use to store and manage them as an .XLS, .XLSX, .CSV or .TXT file.

Note: Having trouble exporting a permission-based contact group from your email client?Format your list before trying to import it.
