IN A WORD, YES. We’re part of a movement called CrossFit that is changing the way people around the world think about fitness, health and nutrition. Maybe you’ve seen CrossFit on ESPN. KATIE’S STORYMeet Katie Hunter, a 33-year-old mom and special education teacher who calls her experience with us “life-changing.”

Encouraged by her brother, who was already a member, she first walked though the Albany CrossFit doors a year ago. She admits to feeling “a little intimidated at first.” But she stuck with the program and changed her life.
