Plasma torch fire an electrical arc to transform inert gas into plasma. This plasma reaches extremely elevated temperature and is applied to the workpiece at high speed. The process is often used on metals that requires a precise cut width and minimal preparation time. To accommodate mild steel sheet of maximum size 6m x 2.7m and thickness of 30mm can be cut on this machine.

We have highly experienced team for scaffolding erection. Our team have worked in offshore as well as oil and gas refineries. We are also in renting of scaffolding materials. Tubes, Fittings and Boards in compliance with BS 1139. We carry out shutdown scaffolding in plants. And have experienced scaffolders and scaffolding inspectors. Along with the sale and hire of scaffold materials, we can offer a full range of scaffold services for the oil and gas, nuclear, civil and construction industries. Our services include supplying manpower on an hourly basis or measured rates, or a full contract service for the supply and erection of scaffold materials. Our forman and supervisors have extesive scaffolding experience and tube and fitting. All foremen and supervisors hold safety and inspection certificates and are fully conversant with drawings. We can offer a full range of scaffold services for the oil and gas, nuclear, civil and construction industries. We can provide a full quotaion (as per client’s requirement) at no cost.

Fabrication of CS, SS, Alloy Steel, Duplex Steel pipes as per customs Isometric. We have qualified welders, pipe fabricators to assure a quality work for our clients.

Due to high demand from our customers, we have set up a facility of carrying out blasting and painting jobs. We are equiped with airless spray pumps with qualified and well trained painters for the application of industrial coats. We are approved by Jotun, Berger Paint suppliers. All compressors are Zone II certified and equipment’s are certified by Third Party Inspectors.

We always give an upgradation training to our staff and technicians for the new technology available in the market.

Quality Assurance, hardship and Growing a business requires setting short- and long-term goals. often the short-term goals are the steps necessary to achieve the longer-term goals. You can choose related areas such as advertising and revenue, and base short- and long-term goals within these categories. An example of a short-term goal is to increase your advertising budget each month for the next three months. An example of a long-term business goal that the short-term goal helps achieve is to double business revenue by the end of the fiscal year.

Al Eiman supports by employee development by establishing long-term employee appreciatioin goal by awarding an employee of the year award to the employee who provides the most creative input during the year in terms of practical ideas to improve the company. Supporting short-term goals are to award employee of the month designations each month throughout the year to mark the progression of creative input, and to include more employees in the reward process than is possible with a single annual award.

Our company understand the importance of community, and would like to support this by promoting and supporting short-term goals for example to reward employees who volunteer with designated community programs with additional time off, bonuses or gift cards. Another short-term supporting goal is to choose one or two high-profile annual charity events to sponsor.
