INTRODUCTION

We have been a steel structures manufacturer for a number of years.Steel structures are considered an alternative to reinforced concrete products due to their low cost and long-term production stages. Therefore, it is a preferred product all over the world. The advantages of steel structures are their low cost, durability against natural disasters, especially to earthquakes; and the reliability, convenience and possibility of usage at any time of year.Akkord Steel Construction Company LLC is engaged in the manufacturing of heavy steel structures, delicate metallic products and high quality mechanical engineering products. Our objective is to produce industrial facilities, bridge beams, products required for the construction in the chemical and iron & steel industries; as well as products for the construction of high-rise buildings, trade centres, electric poles, light poles, spare parts for cement, concrete and asphalt plants, small and large garbage bins, mechanical engineering products, roofing materials and accessories, cylindrical and cone silos, bunkers, metallic scaffolding, stainless steel handrails, low voltage electrical cabinets, park benches, belt systems, cast iron and steel ingots meeting the requirement of ISO 9001-2008 international quality standards.We achieve our objectives by installing in our plants modern CNC programmable technological equipment manufactured in Germany, Finland, Turkey, USA to meet international standards. Quality indicators of products manufactured in our facilities are inspected with the most advanced instruments. We take serious measures towards the constant development of the skills and theoretical knowledge of our employees and have established a certification process in collaboration with with authorised organisations. One of our main goals is to achieve high productivity by creating a safe work environment. Another priority is to use the high quality equipment in our plants to establish good working relationships with foreign companies operating in our country..Our main objective is to achieve a leading position in the country in the production of high quality steel structures. ABOUT US

Akkord Steel Construction Company LLC includes "Khirdalan steel structures plant" in Khirdalan city,

"Balakhani Constructional Ironworks" in Balakhani settlement and "Mingachevir Mechanical

Engineering Plant" in Mingachevir city.

The above plants are equipped with technical equipment, 3 and 4 axis shafts, plasma cutters, cutting,

boring, and planing machines along X, Y, Z axes, saws, pipe-, angle-, and channel-bending machines,

powder and gas welding machines, lathes, millers, drilling-, grinding-, slotting-, and clamping-

machines, sanding-painting lines, and absorbed painting lines; manufactured mainly in Finland,

Germany, Turkey, the USA, and Russia.

Due to full compliance of the quality of manufactured products with the requirements of ISO 9001-2010

international standard, the State Committee of Metrology and Patents of the Republic of Azerbaijan has

issued a certificate of conformity to our plants.

MINGACHEVIR MECHANICAL ENGINEERING PLANT

Azerbaijan, Mingachevir cityArea: 7 haAnnual output: 6000 tonnesProduction in Mingachevir Mechanical Engineering Plant is performed mainly in two areas: 1) steel structures; 2) roofing materialsSteel structures manufactured in the plant include various steel structures for cement plants and service areas of the agricultural sector, metal moulds for reinforced concrete products used in civil construction, as well as in road and bridge construction, metal spare parts for vehicles and various machinery, sand quarries, concrete and asphalt plants (rollers, bunkers, sieves, etc.), all types of products required in mechanical engineering sector (shafts, axis, gear wheels, sockets, etc.)Mingachevir Mechanical Engineering Plant is also equipped with one automated line manufactured by Finnish SAMESOR OY company, famous for its automated lines. The monthly output of the line is 500 tonnes.It produces 1200mm wide and 2200mm long roofing. In addition, the plant is capable of producing roofing materials of various lengths according to the customers' requirements. In addition to roofing materials, the plant is also equipped with 3 automatic lines manufactured by MACRING (Finland) producing 12 varieties of roofing accessories. These lines produce roofing accessories like pipes, gutter, drop outlets, end caps, internal and external angles, downspout elbows, gutter and pipe brackets, etc. The plant also has professional design and erection departments.

KHIRDALAN STEEL STRUCTURES PLANT

Republic of Azerbaijan, Absheron District, Khirdalan city

Area: 3.5 ha

Khirdalan Steel Structures Plant, operating since 2015, is equipped with state-of-art equipment

manufactured in Turkey, the USA and Germany. Annual output of the plant is 15000 tonnes. The

products of the plant include various steel structures for cement plants and service areas of the

agricultural sector, metal moulds for reinforced concrete products used in civil construction, as well as in

road and bridge construction, metal spare parts for transportation means and various machinery, sand

quarries, concrete and asphalt plants (rollers, bunkers, sieves, etc.). In addition to manufacturing the

plant also performs design and erection works.

BALAKHANI CONSTRUCTIONAL IRONWORKS

Azerbaijan, Baku, Balakhani SettlementArea: 1500 sq. m.Production in Balakhani Constructional Ironworks is in mainly two areas: metal products and stainless materials. The plant is equipped with technical machinery manufactured in Holland, Germany and the USA to meet all modern standards.Annual output of metal products workshops of the plant is 1200 tonnes of processed metal. The products include panels for computers, calculators and fire alarm equipment, electric distribution boards, metal doors, metal furniture, benches, trash bins, various metal structures for banks, offices, warehouses and shops, metal cabinets for archives, libraries and accounting firms, enclosed body frames of any size for all types of vehicles, mobile living quarters, etc.Stainless material workshops of the plant are specialised in the production of handrails, banisters, lighting poles, various supports, holders, architectural design components, special accessories, and grating and heater batteries using 114, 90, 76, 51, 38, and 16mm stainless pipes made from raw materials delivered from Turkey and Russia. Processing works are performed using mainly argon welders (USA). The plant offers not only manufacturing, but also performs professional design and erection works.
