Please refer to your quotation No. GPS/AMCAISFDC/I0-2019 dated
23.10.2019 on the subject cited above. The undersigned is directed to conveythe approval of the Competent Authority for providing Annual MaitenanceContract for our UPS (10KVA) for a period of one year w.e.f. 01.12.2019; on
the following terms and conditions :-
Terms and Conditions
l. Repair/replacement of all parts including transformer, as and when
required.
2. Any other service pertaining to the effective performance of the UPS
required from time to time.
3. All complaints should be attended to within 24 hours of lodging,
failing which an amount of Rest. 2001- may be deducted for each day
of delay.
4. Repair of UPS as and when required/called for.
5. In case of unsatisfactory services, the NSFDC has the right to cancel
' the contract, at any point of time, by giving one month's notice.
6. The contract amount/ charges fixed will remain in force for a period
of one year and no increase on account of any reason, whatever, willbe entertained during the contract period.
7. The Corporation (NSFDC) reserves the right to cancel the contract
and forfeit the Perfornance Security in case the quality of the service
is not found to be of the desirable standard.

the rules of arbitration of the Indian Council of Arbitration and the award made
in pursuance thereof shall be final and binding. The Chairman-cum-Managing
Director, NSFDC shall be the Competent Authority to nominate Arbitration
Officer for the purpose of this contract. In case of any dispute, the decision ofthe CMD, NSFDC shall be final and binding.

1. The payment for every month shall be released after submission of the bill/invoice.The invoice must mention GSTIN number of the Agencl-as well as client's GSTIN number.
2. In case of unsatisfactory services, the NSFDC has the right to cancel the contract, as
any point of time, by giving one month's notice.
3. The contract amount once fixed will remain in force for aperiod of one year and noincrease, on account of any reason, whatsoever, will be entertained during the contractperiod.
4. The selected firm shall be required to deposit Rs. 7,500/- as performance security
Q.{on-interest bearing) in the form of pay order/demand draft/Bankers cheque/multi citycheque in favour of National Scheduled Castes Finance and development Corporationpayable at Delhi. The performance Security shall be refunded subject to satisfactory andtimely completion ofjob.
5. The NSFDC shall have the right to ask for the removal of any person of the agency,who is not found to be competent and orderly in the discharge of his duty.
5. The successful bidding agency shall not engage any sub-contractor or transfer thecontract to any other persons in any manner.

The payment will be made on monthly basis by online RTGSAIEFT on receipt of billfrom your end by 15th of following month, subject to furnishing proofs towards (a)release of payment (salary) to the Security Guards through in respective bankaccount (b) remittances of account of PF with respectivd departments and (c)receipt of deposit of monthly return of previour -ooih with EpFo.
Your firm will enclose copies of PF Challan, retums & Attendance sheet with the billevery month for necessary payment. The PF Challans should contain names ofspecified guards deployed at our office (downloaded from the EPFO websites).NSFDC shall have full rights to check your PF account on-line, confirming thepayment for which necessary password shall be provided.
The contract will be in operation initially for a period of one vear which can beqxtended for further peripd subiect to satisfactorv performance bv the SecuritvAeeqcv. The contract can be terminated by either party by giving one montfi notice.
The duties to be performed by the Security Guards will be as per the directions ofDeputy General Manager (HR/Admn.) of the Corporation (NSFDC).
Your firm will be fully responsible for the security and safety of the premises of ourHead office located at l4th Floor, core-l&2, siopp Mi"*, raxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092.
Your firm will accept flrll and exclusive liability for the \tuages. PF, Medical, Bonus,Gratuity, Leave etc. for the personnel deployed by you and any other obligationsreferred under the respective Acts, now and thereafter imposed by theGovernment/Local Bodies from time to time.
Your firm shall comply with all Acts, Law or other Statutory Rules, Regulations, Bye-laws applicable with regard to the performance of the work included herein ortouching this contract not limited but to Minimum Wage Act. 1948, Contract Labour(Regulations & Abolition) Act, Provident Fund Act from time to time and take suchsteps as may be deemed necessary in this regard. You shall keep the Corporationindemnified against all Penalties claims and liabilities of every kind for any violationsof such Acts, Laws or Regulations etc., by your Agent or your staff.
NSFDC will have no liability whatsoever concerning the persons deployed by you forthe purpose. You shall keep the Corporation indemnified against all losses orDamages or Liability arising out of or imposed in the course of persons employed byyou.
You shall make regular and full payment of Wages/Salaries and any other paymentdue to your employees and furnish necessary proof thereof from time to time, or asand when required.
All security personnel deployed by you will always be alert and in proper uniform. Ifany time any guard is found not performing his duties properly, you will have toreplace him immediately on the recommendations of Deputy General Manager,NSFDC.

All security guards should be fuIly trained in the Fire Fighting operations. In this
connection, fru have to maintain arecord of their training particulars carried out from
time to time.
It shall be entirely your responsibility to see that no unlawful act is done by your
person while on duty in the office premises.
In case, theft or loss of Corporation's property takes place due to the negligence or
carelessness of Security Personnel's, your firm will be responsible and shall make
good of the same.
If at any time during the period of contact, it is observed by the Corporation or its
Authoriled Represelntativi thut the services rendered by your Personnel- are not
satisfactory or any Terms of the Contract are violated, Corporatibn reserve the rights
to terminate the Contract without any notice.
In case of any dispute, decision taken jointly by the NSFDC Management its
Arbitrator, to bi appointed by the CMD, NSFDC the same will be final and binding on
both parties.
Any goods in your/your staffcustody or control at the time of termination of contract
by "aiflux of t-ime or by notice or otherwise however, shall be handed over to the
Corporation proPerlY/PromPtlY.
It has been presumed that you have read and fully understood all the Terms and
Conditions and instructions contained in the Tender Documents and parts/annexure

23. Performance SecuritY

bearing Contract Performance Guarantee (CPG) in the form of Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT)
online through RTGSA{EFT in favour of National Scheduled Castes Finance and
Development Corporation payable at Delhi. OR CGP can be deducted from first month's billof your firm. The same shall be refunded on satisfactory completion ofcontract.

Working hours of the Corporation are from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for 5 days (Saturday and
Sunday-are closed). In view of this, minor work is to be completed before start of the office
hours i.e. 9:30 a.m. on all working days and the major cleaning works can be done on Saturdays.
It will include rubbing/polishing of entire floor with machine, cleaning of telephone instruments
with antiseptic solution and other items that are not taken care of on routine basis. Further, all
other persons engaged in the NSFDC under the contract work may be called on
Saturday/Sunday/Holidays as per exigencies of the work.
Suitable number of persons (minimum 03 persons) should be engaged for efficient discharge ofthe above duties. The qualifications of the staff should be minimum VIII Class pass and
maximum age should be 35 Years.
Adequate good quality Material for housekeeping work will be provided by the contractor'

Your firm shall have to submit the complete bio-data of the persons to be engaged in NSFDC
contract along with a certificate that the antecedents of the above persons have been verified by
the Police DePartments.
The person engaged in NSFDC contract shall maintain good personal hygiene'

In case of unsatisfactory services, the NSFDC has the right to cancel the contract ' at any point of
time, by giving one month's notice'
