•  Install MPG host code •  Dowload ftp.mpginc.com/powernav.tar.gz •  SFTP to /tmp

cd /tmp; gunzip –f powernav.tar.gz; tar –xvf powernav.tar; ./install.sh

•  Existing NMON data – optional •  Download ftp.mpginc.com/pnbuild.tar.gz •  STFP to NMON directory (all partitions)

Cd nmon-directory; gunzip –f pnbuild.tar.gz; tar –xvf pnbuild.tar; ./pnbmpgd2gzip.sh NOTE: NMON files will be gzipped. NMON files are identified in subsequent directories

•  Existing TOPAS data – optional (only 7 days of data)

•  Download ftp.mpginc.com/rackdata.tar.gz •  SFTP to /tmp

cd /tmp; gunzip –f rackdata.tar.gz; tar –xvf rackdata.tar; cd mpgtemp; ./rackdata.sh -T

FTP Instructions: ftp.mpginc.net - id=capplan, pw=powernav

Use FTP (not SFTP). Do not log in anonymously
