The main content should be about testimonials

of Exchange experience (GCDP and GIP) In

fact, storytelling is one of the most important

tool to attract customers or to do PR. The stories

should be posted on aiesec.ch blog section.

They will be shared on social media mainly

Facebook (if you have any other channel of

communication it can be shared there also)

Call-to-Action (CTA) buttons/links should be

included in each blog post and facebook post

should have CTA link at the end of each post

and newsletter opportunity. The call-to-action

links/buttons will redirect people to landing

page of respected programme (GCDP or GIP)

where people can access application form. An

online form have to be filled in order to

proceed with next selection step.

Interviews and asseccements will be

conducted by each Local committee after

contacting the online applicants . The

applicants will be invited by HR people for their

interviews.

Showcasing will be always based about

storytelling because as it was mentioned above

it is one of the most powerful tools for

marketing. Stories have to be aligned; Every LC

has to push members with exchange

experience or EPs to write testimonials. Stories

should be posted on our blog.

Showcasing FAQ. I don’t know how? Q: I don’t have any testimonials at the moment I cant do showcasing marketing.

A: Every situation has solution, don’t worry. Ask Your current members and EB/TLs who have been on exchange to write one or half of the page testimonial regarding their exchange experience and ask them send you 4 to 8 pictures from their internship, give deadline for 3 days and keep reminding them about how many time left before ddl. While you are getting members testimonials ask your VP OGX to approach last summer EPs, regarding same content.

Q: I asked my members to write testimonial but they don’t know what to write so they cant send testimonial within 3 days, is it fine if I’m not able to showcase this time?

A: As many of us are not born as perfect writers or bloggers, its natural that people may respond like this. That’s why give people direction and specific frames what should be covered in their testimonial. Here is example:

1. Introduce yourself, age, field of study (semester maybe).

2. Where did you go for internship, what was the aim of project or internship with whom you worked (if oGCDP: high school students, secondary school studenteds and etc).

3. How did You enjoy your internship exepreince, did you learn something on internship?

4. What was your culturral expereince did You enjoy interacting with local people and culture.

Q: My members tell me they don’t have time to write one or half page testimonial, what should I do? I may not have any content at the end of the day.

A: Sure they do, arrange meeting with your member who has exchange experience for 40 min. Give them laptop or paper which ever they prefer, tell them they can write it know.

Q: My member tell me he is not good at writing at all that’s why he refuses to write testimonial.

A: Ask your member to write short testimonials under 100 words, and send you 10 pictures from internship with one sentence discretion to each of them). Get all this pictures with descriptions and create slideshare presentation of 10 slides purely pictures(nobody said it should be only text).

Q: I don’t have time to edit all those stories( I’m not able to do so, can we just proceed with our regular promotion on campus?

A: You have members in communication department, you can delegate tasks regarding editing so you will have time at the end of the day.

Q: Why do to showcasing? I think it pointless waste of time.

A: Imagine yourself a student who didn’t know about AIESEC before and you are not that much convinced by all the text on our webpage. Real stories of people is most powerful tool to make people choose what we offer and also make people understand whether experience we provide is relevant for them.

Convert. Intro to CTA

What is CTA?

A call-to-action (usually abbreviated as CTA) is an image or line of text or buttom that prompts your visitors,

leads, and customers to take action. It is, quite literally, a "call" to take an "action."

The action you want people to take could be anything: apply for internship, attend an event, etc. A CTA can

be placed anywhere in your marketing -- on your website, in slideshare presentation, in an email, or even at the

end of a blog post.

A Checklist for an Effective CTA When you’re creating your first call-to-action, it’s easy to get all turned around and end up making something

that people won’t click on. To save you time and effort, here’s a quick checklist for the essential elements of a

quality CTA.

Eye-Catching Design: For someone to click on your CTA, they have to first notice its existence. Your CTAs’ colors

should contrast with your website design, yet also appear large enough to be noticed

Copy That Makes People Want to Act: It's not enough to say "Submit" as your CTA's copy -- you need a concise,

jargon-free phrase that uses actionable verbs to catch people's attention.

A Clear Value Proposition: People should know exactly what will happen when they click on a CTA. Are they

expecting to download an ebook or a PowerPoint template? Get a product demo or sign up for your weekly

newsletter? Make sure the CTA explicitly tells them what they’re getting in exchange for their click.

A Specific Page (Ideally a Landing Page) Aligned With One Stage in the Sales Cycle: A CTA is most effective if

people are taken to a dedicated landing page after clicking it, rather than a random page on our website. For

example, a CTA is still a CTA if it points to a “contact us” page (which isn’t a landing page), but it won’t be as

effective driving leads and customers as a specific, focused landing page for applying for internship. Also, CTAs

should be created with a specific stage in the sales cycle in mind. For example, you wouldn't include apply for

internship CTA on a blog post created for brand new visitors -- your clickthrough rate would plummet, but you

can put “get to know more about Global Citizen internships” CTA there.

Goals Each recruitment and promotion campaign has its goals. When you’re preparing

your promo campaign, setting goals should be your first step. For this OGX

recruitment You need to sit with VP OGX to identify results which you want to see

at the end of recruitment for each program you run recruitment for.

So here some KPI for Your backwards planning together with Your VP OGX.
