Context and Background
• For more than ten years the Central Office for Delay Analysis (CODA) has been collecting operational data from air carriers, airport operators, ANSPs and the NM (CFMU). Based on the advisory letter from the Commission the PRB requested CODA to assist in the data collection, examination and validation of flight-by-flight data from airport operators and air carriers.

Context and Background
• IR 691/2010 shall be repealed with effect from 1st January 2015.
• IR 390/2013 entered into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union29th May 2013. This Regulation shall apply during RP2, which covers the calendar years 2015 to 2019 inclusive.
• 2014 transition year data providers moving gradually and by phases from IR691/10 to IR390/13 in terms of data specifications.
