Top-class ambianceComfortable seats and recliners in the departure areas invite you to read or switch off. The rede-signed business zones with more than 30 places enable passengers to work in a relaxed atmo-sphere. The Recreation Areas in Terminal 2 have been tastefully designed as wellness oases.
Wide range of servicesMunich Airport shows that its passengers and visitors are dear to its heart with its attention to many small details, such as service facilities for families with small children. The departure areas are equipped comprehensively with sockets and USB ports for laptops, tablets or mobile phones.
Efficient processesWe constantly improve the processes throughout the travel chain, such as for security checks and passport control. For example, an increasing number of passengers use the automated border control system EasyPASS, which allows them to enter and leave the country on their own.
Simple orientationMunich Airport makes it easy for its guests to find their bearings thanks to clear, intuitive guidance. Numerous InfoGate terminals provide informa-tion on flights, arrivals and departures, shopping, gastronomy and other services at the airport, for example.
Exceptional hospitalityWith their exceptional service orientation, 32,000 employees help passengers and visitors have a wonderful stay. Campaigns like the »Day of Kindness« or events in the Visitors Park show that Munich Airport is more than a place to take off and land at.
