The Experience •  At the Exhibit :

–  Attractive models in branded outfits would disseminate information regarding brand Ladooo. Their jewellery would also intricately customised.

–  Hosts & Hostesses distributed Ladooo boxes and would invite visitors towards the Airloyal exhibit.

–  Customised T-shirts, branded power bank would be disseminated from the exhibit.

•  At the party : –  FlashMob dancers in Ladooo branded outfits would cause an eye catching performance

amidst the audience. They would then later invite the guests to join them. –  Coaster, Tent Cards and Branded stirrers would be designed to accentuate the branding

inside the party venue. –  A Gift box stand would be created for guests to take selfies.

“The   designing   of   the   Kiosk   and   showcasing   the   relevant   message   in   and   around   the   exhibit     was   done  convincingly   and   up   to   client’s   expecta=ons.   Demo   zones  were   accordingly   designed   to   share   informa=on  amongst   the   visitors.  We  were   happy   to   deliver   an   end   to   end   solu=on   i.e.   conceptualizing   the   exhibit   to  collaterals  and  other  event  touch  points.  We  also  were  a  part  of  the  Ad:  Tech  Event  Party  held  on  the  19th  March,  2015  for  which  we  were  able  to  manage  to  engage  and  enthrall  the  audiences”

rs “We   spoke   with   several   event   management   companies.   But   when   we   came   across   We   MediaWorks,   we  connected;   they  were   able   to  understand  our   vision.   The  next   two  weeks   aPer   that  was  quite   intense.  We  worked  on  crea=ve  with  mul=ple  rounds  of  revisions  =ll  we  got  what  we  wanted.  We  MediaWorks  team  was  pa=ent  and  suppor=ve  through  out  the  process.  At  the  end,  they  delivered  extraordinary  results  for  us.  There   are   a   number   of   cases   where   they   have   gone   beyond   the   brief   and   surprised   us   posi=vely.   They  organized  well-­‐trained  booth  staff  and  helped  us  host  one  of  the  most  happening  party  at  the  event.    We  would  definitely  work  with  them  again  and  I  recommend  their  services  to  anyone  looking  at  organizing  a  high  impact  event.  All  the  best  to  We  MediaWorks  Team.”
