Subject: Procurement of 03 Photocopier Machines for some Sections in AkashwaniBhavan, DG: AIR, New Delhi.

***********This Directorate General: AIR invites sealed quotations for procurement of 03

photocopier machines for various Section/Officers of DG:AIR as per enclosed terms &conditions in Annexure-I.

The Agencies/firms/companies interested to undertake the above work may furnishtender as per Annexure-II in a sealed envelope addressed to the undersigned and super-scribed as"Quotation for procurement of 03 photocopier machines. The tender should accompany thebid security amounting to Rs.l,OO,OOO/- (Rs. One lac) in the form of Demand Draft or Banker'sCheque drawn in favour of PB, Bel, DG:AIR, New Delhi and dropped in the Tender Boxplaced in room No. 218, 2nd tFloor, Directorate General, All India Radio,AkashvaniBhawan, Parliament Street, New Delhi-HOOOI so as to reach on or before 3.00 PMon 25.09.2013 which will be opened on the same day at 4.00 PM in the presence of suchtenderers who wish to be present.

ANNEXURE-I

TERMS & CONDTIONS:1. The envelope containing tender should be super scribed in right hand upper comer, as

" Tender for Desktop Computer and other peripherals" (Due date ... 25.09.2013 by3.00 P.M)

2. The tenderers should submit a copy of their PAN Card and Tax Registration alongwith tender.

3. Quotation once submitted shall not be allowed to be withdrawn till the quotationprocess for acceptance remains in force.

4. The price offered should show the rate/amount of VAT and other applicable taxesextra. Tender quoting price inclusive of taxes, without giving rates/amount of taxeswill not be considered.

5. The tenders should be submitted legibly in English/Hindi.6. Quotation once submitted shall not be allowed to be withdrawn.7. Over-writing, over-typing or erasing of figures are not allowed.8. The DG: AIR reserves all rights to accept or not to accept any quotation or reject all the

quotations after assigning reasons therefor. .9. The price offered should show the rate and other applicable taxes separately.10. The tenders should be valid for at least 90 days from the last date of submission thereof.II. The incomplete, vague, unresponsive and late/delayed tenders will not be considered. A

tender will be considered unresponsive, wherei) It is unsigned or signed without the rubber stamp of authorized signatory of the firm.ii) It is not submitted as per Notice Inviting Tender and any of the terms and conditions.iii) The tender is conditional.iv) The tenderer does not agree to any of the terms and conditions specified herein.v) It is illegible.

12. The firm shall provide the service on all working days (during working hours 9.30 AM to6.00 PM). All the complaints will be attended on the same day.

13. The successful bidder/firm shall execute and submit a Bank Guarantee ofRs. 2, 000,00/- (Rs.Two lacs) from Commercial Bank by way of Performance Security which shall standforfeited if the firm fails to execute the work assigned to them. Performance Security canalso be deposited in the form of Account payee demand Draft or Banker's cheque of anycommercial bank drawn in favour of"PB,BCI, DG:AIR, New Delhi."

14. The payment will be made after the installation of all the machines against bill duly prereceipted.

15. In case the Photocopier Machines are not found satisfactory, the Directorate reserves the rightto terminate the contract at any stage and the bank guarantee shall be forfeited.

"17. TDS/Levies shall be deducted from the contractor's bill as per the Governmentorders.
