The Price Varitherm® self-modulating diffuser series is designed to pro-vide accurate personal VAV control, while being easy to install, operate, and maintain. Thermal sensors, mounted just above the plaque, sense the room temperature and modulate a damper according to the supply air temperature and load in the room -- all done mechanically so there is no requirement for power or wiring.
