Air conditioner complaint not attendedDear Sir,

I had registered a complaint regarding my LG airconditioner on 23rd

April at the customer complaint service. It is now 14th May still the

service engineer has not come to attend to the problem. With this kind ofservice you can forget about a repeat purchase.

LG is wrost in servicing, very poor service and the quality is very

very badI have purchased LG washing machine and TV and VCD. Washing

machine cost me around 20k, but hardly i used twice are thrice and now

its not working . I called up all the service center prople and no support.

Please don't buy any LG product, its very poor in quality and service.Its

my very bad experience with LG

Sir,

Subj: Replacement of noisy fan of LG 1 ton window a/c within 20months of purchase.

I purchased two 1 ton window machinesone in mid 2006 and the other

in mid 2007. The older machine (2006) was working very quietly till the

third service was done last week and suddenly after a few days it started

making noise. Against my complaint, a mechanic came, inspected and

reported that the fan motor will have to be changedthe bush need

replacementbeing a sealed unit, the motor will have to be changed.Yesterday, I was informed that it might cost about Rs. 1400/- for

replacement.

Sir, my question is, what is the trouble free life of a LG air conditioner?

I have two other air conditioners running without any parts replacement

for over 8 years. Burning out of compressor due to low or high voltage

supply is understood, but fan motor bush bearing noise (after servicing)

is something I have never heard of. It was absolutely noise free till the

3rd servicing was done, when the machine was taken out from the

window, washed and re fitted for which I had to pay Rs. 250.00the

machine being out of warranty by 6- 8 months or so.

Kindly keep the Production and Q.C department informed about the

quality of your airconditioners these days, so that they can take steps to

improve upon the companys product quality and service.

not collect a check from you of yearly contract so if company is not

interested plase buy back the a/c we will rather buy another brand

if you not not give response we might take legal action

and go to consumer court.

I purchased A/c from Samudra Sales, situated at Jamanagr(GUJURAT).

I advised by the dealer I have called a carpenter & the representative of

Samudra get fixed the AC. The ruining soung was not comfortable.

Once again I called the LG Engg & his advised that the A/c is not fixedproperly.

Now dealer is not helping the for sending the carpenter. Beware!

I purchased L.G. 1.5 ton A/c from agra, situated at Mathura (uttar

pradesh). I am surfing with this problem with last one year but there is

no responses by the dealer.

On 02-05-2007. I am going to your service center Placed in mathura

they were attend my complain and i was pay Rs.1287.00 but after 20

days i have still same problem in my A.C. Once again I called the LG

Engg & he was not fully satisfy me this time.

I purchased L.G. 1.5 ton A/c almost two years now this sesson when i

started the AC - it was not cooling as the gas had leaked out. I tried

calling the LG authrorized service center -which was apparently busy

and sad cannot take my call before 25 days... ridiculous

then i got some other vendor to refill the gas... after checking the ac

they said that the front coil has some problem and will be required to

change... and it will cost me 3000 rs. I dont know how can a company

like LG use sub optimal parts...

Very low on qaulity... please help me out of this situation.

I do have LG AC WIndow but it is an Useless AC & Service is

verypoor the AC also consumes lot of power EB bill goes to 4000

rupess . this LG ac is a useless & please dont buy this brand

Want to sue the company for their very very poor service,please

guide me about the procedurefrom last month i am complainting them that my AC in not working,

they attened my complaint after a 10 days and they took some part of my

AC (on the 7 of may 2008)by assureing me that they will repair my AC

part in 2 days and my AC will start again and they are still not back and

they have not made any contact to me.even they are not responding mycalles.i am really frustated from their service, so please help me out with

it and tell me the procedure to sue the company.

splashing. this was within 2 days of buying the air conditioner, a

complaint was made to the dealer in the mohali as well as the

chandigarh branch. till now the mechanic who came once could

not rectify it. despite repeated reminders the dealer has not sent

anyone. i want to replace the air conditioner with someother pieceor model and of course the best would be to change the company.

it seems to be a problem with all the carrier 1.5 ton window ac

where the water gets collected and starts to splash around in the ac

making the noise. can u plz contact the company somehow to solve

the problem.

Nobody is there in videocon to solve my complaint

I bought a vediocon airconditioner from NEXT showroon B-2/9 Paschim

Vihar on 10th June. I was promised to install on the same day but it was

installed on 11th June it's ok. After that on 12th evening it stops

working. On 13th June morning I register a complaint on telephonenumber 39898910...

consumers in deciding against any videocon product. Our grief started

the day we bought a videocon air conditioner. They sold us the air

conditioner promising free vacation trips... which were not available as
