Introduction

n 1988 PROBITY EPS Pte Ltd was founded in Singapore. Probity started as a specialized distributor and service provider of marine & industrial related products. It added its indoor air quality assessment & remediation division Air & Odor management (AOM) in 1999.

The AOM division specializes in indoor air quality, odor control services and ambient scenting. This division has grown over the years successfully with small to big client names in various industries such as hotels, casinos, hospitals, shopping malls, factories, office and condominium buildings.

Air & Odor Management Pte Ltd is the exclusive master distributor in Asia Pacific for HLS Ecolo - odor control solutions, air purifiers, and patented scenting solution.

We also manufacture our own range of AOM ceiling air cleaners, kitchen electrostatic air cleaners and industrial air cleaners.

By mid 2009 we opened our Philippines office where we offer the same services, equipments and solutions.

By mid 2010 we opened our Malaysia Air & Odor Management office.

Our inspectors will conduct a brief interview, followed by a site visit to

inspect the site of contamination. Air samples may be taken for analysis if

the mold is not visible, or if toxicity is suspected. Often, a mold inspection

will reveal high humidity and moisture levels, caused by dampness,

flooding, leaks, poor air circulation, and inadequate ventilation. All samples

are sent to an independent lab in the United States for analysis. Clients

receive this full report and our recommendation for remediation works.

Mold cleaning & removalIt’s not mold until it’s testedTHE best way to deal with mold is to do nothing yourself - let the

professionals handle it. Our expertise and tools let us investigate the mold

source, test for toxins, and guarantee a job well-done. Mold can spread

quickly, so don’t risk it. Take our advice. We know what we’re doing.

Mold inspection and testing

Once an assessment has been made, our inspectors will recommend a

remediation plan to remove the mold and to prevent re-growth. Our

services include wiping down all exposed surfaces with Gelair™, a

patented, natural biocide (More on this later). To treat the air, the solution

is put through a fogging machine - this kills all airborne spores.

Bio-cleaning & fogging with Gelair™

After remediation is completed, our inspectors will work with you to plan

what you can do to prevent future mold contamination. These may include

the use of air purifiers, de-humidifiers, or re-painting affected areas with

anti-mold paint. The most effective way to keep your home or office mold-

free is to be thorough. Don’t give mold a chance to take root and pose a

health risk to you and your loved ones.

BELIEVE it or not, indoor air can be two to five times more polluted

than outdoor air - and that’s nothing to sniff at. Smoke, dust, pollen,

carbon monoxide, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), bacteria,

viruses, and of course, mold - the list goes on.
