Agile Rapid Deployment

We use an Implementation method that allows

a very quick deployment of our solution. Using

a prototyping approach, the users see as we

configure AIMS for their requirements.

Workflows – Full functional work-flow tool to define and change your

workflow based on your grant schemes. Workflows can be created and

modified by users authorised to do so. No technical skills needed.

Smartforms – Non-complex online forms can be built with various question

types and sections, which can be connected to the database optionally.

Flexbase – Fields can be added to the main data elements in AIMS (e.g.,

applications, contacts, bank accounts).

Roles & Permissions – Access to functions within the system can be controlled

via permissions which can be set up per user/role and by grant

scheme/programme.

Contact relationship management – Captures, stores and manages full

information of Applicants, Individuals and companies, partners and project

collaboration.

Document Management – Stores and manages all applications along with

attachments, files uploaded or submitted and automatically attached.

Template letters – These are mail merge style letters with data fields

included, that can be added as an action at any stage in a workflow to be

emailed or posted.

Language – Multi-lingual, all labels and messages that appear in AIMS can

be changed to whatever terminology or language is used internally by the

organisation.
