Employee Profile 1) Log in to AiM™, and click on ‘Human Resources' from the menu channel.

2) From the ‘Human Resources’ menu channel, click on ‘Employee Profile'.
3) Click the New icon.

4) Complete the form as outlined below.
a. Add Employee Id ( First Name's Initial, Middle Names' Initial, Complete Last Name) b. Add Complete Name c. Add Other User Id (VCU's Id Number) d. Set Active Flag ( Yes - Active, No - Inactive) e. Set Employee Type (Shop Person or Employee)
5) Click the 'View' Select down arrow to add additional information.

6) From the 'View' Select menu, Click the 'Contact Information' option.
7) Information On this form is confidential and will be Imported from the HR System.
a. Click the Done icon.

8) From the 'View' Select menu, Select 'Confidential Information'.
9) When required, update the Confidential Data as described below:
a. Update Exit Reason, Click the Zoom Icon.
b. Update Exit Date, Click the Calendar Icon.
c. Click the Done icon when complete.

10) From the 'View' Select menu, Select 'Payroll Data'.

11) Completed form as detailed below.
a. Add Payroll Status, Click the Zoom Icon. Select appropriate status.
b. Add Payroll Class, Click the Zoom Icon. Select appropriate class.
c. Add Job Family, click the Zoom Icon. Select appropriate Job Family.
d. Add Job Class, click the Zoom Icon. Select appropriate Job Class.
e. Add Hire Code, click the Zoom Icon. Select appropriate Hire Code.
Some of the information on this form will be Imported from the HR system.

12) Add 'Leave Codes'. Click the 'View' Select menu.
13) Click the Add New Detail icon. Select the appropriate Leave Codes.

14) Click the Done icon.
15) From the 'View' Select menu, Click 'Regular Schedule'.

17) Complete the form as described below:
a. Add Work Day. Click the Zoom icon.
b. Add Work Shift. Click the Zoom icon.
c. Add Lunch Shift. Click The Zoom icon.

19) From the 'View' Select menu, select 'Exception Scheduled'.

a. Add Work Day. Click the Zoom icon.
b. Add Work Shift. Click the Zoom icon.
c. Add Lunch Shift. Click The Zoom icon.

Appendix A - Timecard Defaults
You must first add the person to a shop before the steps outlined below. 1) From the 'View' Select Menu, Click 'Timecard Defaults' option.
