Case Study Love Don’t Love
Nobody FilmThe Project: Host a Fundraising event that will raise $3K for an independent film called Love Don’t Love Nobody.
Insight: By creating an online presence that builds a community and provides engagement on a consistent basis, consumers are more likely to engage in promotional initiatives.
Solution: A newsletter was created in order to update subscribers on major milestones accomplished. Also, a YouTube channel and a Flickr account was created to see “behind the scenes” of the shoots and to learn more about the cast. The event was shown LIVE on Ustream.
Results: $3,100 was raised and put towards submission fees for film festivals. The film was accepted into the LA Film Festival. By incorporating videos and pictures into the Facebook fan page, the “likes” increased by 200%.
