I. About us a. AIESEC International Starting from an initiative by 7 people from 7 different countries in 1948, AIESEC now has 66 years of experience in developing highly potential youth into globally minded, responsible leaders., AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-run organization, presenting in over 124 countries and territories, with over 86,000 members. Focused on providing a platform for youth leadership development, AIESEC offers young people the opportunity to participate in international internships, experience leadership and participate in a global learning environment. What makes AIESEC unique is the youth driven impactful experience that it offers to its members. b. AIESEC Vietnam AIESEC in Vietnam started in October 2006 as an official expansion of AIESEC in Japan. After 8 years, AIESEC Vietnam has settled in 7 Local Chapters (3 LCs in Ho Chi Minh City, 3 LCs in Hanoi and 1 LC in Da Nang). c. AIESEC NEU In 2013, we are proud to have National Economics University as the second campus in Hanoi to open a Specialized Unit of AIESEC Hanoi Local Chapter - AIESEC NEU. With a strong and rapid development, AIESEC NEU was Official Expansion in Summer 2014 and finally Full Local Chapter in January 2015.

Under President there are 7 functions:

1. Outgoing Global Community Development Program

2. Outgoing Global Internship Program

B. Notes:

- Each function is led by a Vice President.

- In this recruitment, AIESEC NEU recruits member for function oGCDP, oGIP, iGCDP, Finance, and External Relations.

- After this term (6 months), members can change to other function which they feel suitable.

III. Team Member Program A. What

Team Member Program (TMP) experience is an opportunity for a young person to develop entrepreneurial and responsible leadership by living a practical team experience at a local, regional or global level. Your responsibility is to manage AIESEC’s performance and the delivery of its experience.

B. Why

With this program, a young person will be enabled to access to AIESEC’s value-based platform and he/she can achieve:

A practical team experience

Hard and soft skills development in an international environment

A global mindset

An entrepreneurial and responsible attitude towards being a social leader

C. Who

Undergraduate students want to develop self and others, through team experience, leadership opportunities and global learning environment.

IV. Recruitment Process All candidates have to go through 3 round: Application Form, Assessment Center and Personal Interview.

1. Application Form

Candidate fill in Application Form below for AIESEC NEU to have an overall understanding about those who want to get on our developing journey. All questions must be answered in English. Otherwise your Application Form will be rejected.

Deadline for this round is 23:59 18/03/2015.

2. Assessment Center

Selected candidates from Application Round will head to the second round: Assessment Center. Here in this round, candidates have to overcome some challenges from AIESEC NEU to prove your potential and your teamwork skill.

3. Personal Interview

This is the last round of our recruitment, and the hardest round as well. Candidates who have already pass the first 2 rounds will have an interview with experienced AIESEC members.

V. Job Descriptions A. iGCDP - incoming Global Community Development Program

This team is responsible for creating and managing interactive learning environment between international interns and local students through running projects which are relevant to Vietnamese society nowadays.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Building content for the Project

• Organizing project’s events

• Working with international interns to finalize the project’s event

• Promoting opportunities on NEU campus via various communication channel

• Recruiting internship interns through AIESEC system

• Supporting in the preparation of materials for applications and interviews

• Providing interns service with help them adapt to Vietnamese lifestyle

• Managing account: update partnership status weekly to Vice President External Relations

This team is responsible for recruiting and managing Vietnamese students to send them abroad for social project.

1. Key Responsibilities

• Planning for project

• Promote exchange opportunities on NEU campus via various communication channel

• Take responsible to bring students to go exchange

• Support and provide selected students with finding exchange opportunities abroad

• Guide and keep track students with their exchange abroad

This team is responsible for sending students and recent graduates the opportunity to take on an international working experience with some of the top companies from around the world

1. Key Responsibilities

• Planning for project

• Promote internship opportunities on NEU campus via various communication channel

• Take responsible to bring students to go internship abroad

• Build, maintain and strengthen relationship between AIESEC NEU with AIESEC International and companies

• Support and provide selected students with finding internship opportunities abroad

D. External Relations

External Relations led by External Relations Manager, now running International Volunteer Program. Members of this team raise Non-government Organization, Non-profit Organization and Social Enterprise partners in Viet Nam and match international volunteers to work for those partners.

1. Key responsibilities

• Create proposal

• Find sponsorship partners of venue, money, material

• Make hit-list of potential partner (Fulfill partner pool): do research on partners

• Approach potential partners to raise short and long term partnership

• Deliver contracts and do follow-up partners

• Manage account: update partnership status weekly to Vice President External Relations

• Manage intern service

• Allocate money into projects, keep track money used and make adjustment if necessary

F. Talent Management

This team is responsible for managing and developing the human resource of AIESEC in NEU; including talent planning, talent recruitment and selection, performance assessment and appraisal, managing education cycle and training programs

1. Key responsibilities

• Educate team leaders about basic talent processes and usage of corresponding materials to keep track and evaluate member performance

• Keep track of talent process implementation through holding the team leader's accountability for frequent

• Support Vice President of Talent Management on talent review on a monthly/quarter basis through quantitative analysis and qualitative suggestions

• Participate in Talent Development projects

• Manage and support delivery of Talent Management activities (member recruitment, training, Local Chapter Meeting, Award Night, . . .)

• Manage promotion channel

• Do market research on AIESEC’s stake holders
