AIESEC is the global youth network impacting the world through leadership development experiences. AIESEC has been facilitating youth leadership activities as well as international in-ternships & volunteer experiences for over 65 years, developing a global learning environment across 131 countries & territories.

Who we are

The Global Talent program gives students and recent graduates the opportunity to take on a cross-cultural professional development experience with some of the top companies from around the world for 6-18 months. This programme targets recent graduates. Some examples of what you can do, are listed below.

Global Talent

Business AdministrationIn business administration there are a lot of sectors you can work in.

Traineeship example:Be a trainee for Handls GmbH in Austria. Be responsible for control and optimization of pro-cesses along the entire supply chain. Purchasing, receiving, storage, delivery and outgoing goods. Processing of daily ordering process with our production partners. Coordination of goods receipt, shipment, returns with our warehousing services. Salary is $1050.

Country partners: Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, France, Hong Kong, Switzerland, Italy, Spain & Austria.

ITOur IT programme is very specific and offers great opportunities.

Project example:Be a trainee for Panasonic Corporation in Georgia, United States. The intern will perform main duties of his/her position such as statistically analyzing data, mining data for identification of trends and generating charts and graphs that represent analytical results. Throughout the process, the intern will also be presenting their findings and findings and receiving feeback from various team members. Salary is $2400.

MarketingIn marketing you can work in different areas such as economic engineering, sales, marketing and PR.

Traineeship example:Work as a trainee for Primark in Ireland. You will assist with the coordination of mediaplans and creativity; arrange and manage press events at store openings including coordination of press packs, gifts, catering, interviews, … ; prepare and collate information on new stoinformation on new store openings for internal and external use; monitor press coverage and distribute internally and externally as appropriate. Salary is $2846.

TeachingOur Teaching program is our most popular program.

Traineeship example:Be a Trainee for Inclub S.C. in Mexico. You will carry out professional duties while implementing an appropriate educational program in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Give workshops and English classes to the students implementing an appappropriate educational program. Salary is $478.
