Innovation  for  Excellence •  Objective: To recognize LCs that have delivered

engagement events in order to grow in ELD Programs (GCDP,GIP,TMP,TLP). To showcase a clear connection between EwA and ELD.

•  Criteria: o  List down all the new initiative run in 2013 in your LC. o  Provide name of initiatives o  Description of each initiative (key innovative change, key actions,

resource used)

o  Impact achieved by the initiative in comparison to previous state (impact can be shown in various measures but the final impact needs to be shown in ELD MoS achievement

on tiers in global community development Program for incoming exchange participants

•  Criteria: o  Timeline: Jan 1st – Dec 31st 2013 o  Relative growth in iGCDP Ra/Ma/Re o  Absolute growth in iGCDP Ra/Ma/Re o  NPS Score o  LC to LC Partnerships delivered o  Overall Financial result of running iGCDP (explain the budget made for the

projects/profit and loss if any and explain the investments made and or revenue generated)

o  Share a video (3 MINS) of why you think running GCDP in a sustainable manner is important and what were your strategies to make that happen.

o  Note you are eligible for the award only if your don’t have an open ICB case against you.

•  Criteria: o  Timeline: Jan 1st – Dec 31st 2013 o  Relative growth in iGIP Ra/Ma/Re o  Absolute growth in iGIP Ra/Ma/Re o  Conversion rate from Ra to Re and Ma to Re o  NPS Score o  Key Promoter issues in your LC o  How many re-raises did you have in 2013? o  LC to LC Partnerships delivered o  Overall Financial result of running iGIP (explain the budget made for the

projects/profit and loss if any and explain the investments made and or revenue generated)

o  Share a video (3 MINS) of what your strategies were to grow the program.

o  Note you are eligible for the award only if your don’t have an open ICB case against you.

How  to  submit  your  application  the  Awards?

•  All LC’s can apply for more than 1 award •  Deadline for sending you application is: 20th March 2014, 10 AM

GMT +8 •  Please provide all the information requested, based on the

Criteria for the Award you are applying for.

o  Timeline of assessment: 1st January – 31st December 2013 o  Step 1 : Create application Wiki and Video

•  Application should be in the form of a wiki, where the LC would showcase their performance based on the criteria.

•  Organize the information around the criteria mentioned above, on the application wiki of your Local Committee(the wiki might be divided in different sections if you are applying for more then one award).

•  Local Committees should provide links to the project reports, event reports, media clip etc wherever required.

•  Local Committees are also free to showcase the GCPs, Overall performance in terms of all the programs, if they want (It is not compulsory)

•  Post the video link within the application. The video should not exceed the given time.

o  Step 2 : Send Email and get Confirmation •  Please send the link of the wiki via email to Rahul Maira Regional Coordinator for Asia Pacific

([email protected]). The email should include the name of the award for which the entity is applying and the link for the application wiki on MyAIESEC.net.

•  You can expect a confirmation Email within 72 Hours of application.
