WHAT IS AIESEC?AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-run organisation which also

an international platform for young people to discover and develop their potential to have a positive impact on society.

In partnership with business and higher education, AIESEC has over 65 years of experience in developing the youth into global-

minded leaders. AIESEC’s innovative development process consists of unmatched leadership experiences and global

traineeship opportunities.

We facilitate young leader to develop themselves through exchange and supporting activities. We also provide practical

learning of our members and other stakeholders.

Annually, we are sending approximately 16,000 fresh graduates all over the world through AIESEC Program.

the International Internship Program (IIP) provided by AIESEC to meet their needs by gaining access to a global talent pool of the

best and brightest young responsible leaders.

International Internship Program is a platform for future business leaders to get out of their

comfort zone and intern in a company or institute in another country so as to develop

their professional skills and gain more experience in a diverse environment.

Our pool of candidates are selected through our own Talent Management Team to ensure the best applicant are ready for

the job. Through that process, we ensure you the quality of the applicants are specific enough for your needs.

WHAT WE OFFER

IIP Education Intern (IIP EI)

International teaching is one of the most important issue for youth. The value of our product is to a create positive impact to the society and have an international internship environment. The length of this EI product is from 6 weeks until 6 months. The teaching subjects that we have is General Subjects Teaching, Specific Language Teaching and English for Business.

Indonesia is one of emerging economy country that has a lot of growing companies. By inviting an international intern, it would bring unique perspective and new ideas to your company. Also it would bring an international atmosphere.

IIP Marketing Intern (IIP MI)

In this product, we are focusing on Hotel Management, Project

Management, Market Research, International Marketing, and Business Development.

As one of emerging country, Indonesia needs to improve their technology and infrastructure. So to fulfil those gaps, AIESEC help to provide interns who has IT and Engineering background.

The value of our product is to create an innovative and creative technology, sharing information regarding the technical issues and get an exchange of knowledge in the fields of technology. The duration of this product is about 3-6 months.

Flight ReimbursementFlight reimbursements are to be paid in monthly

instalment by the company to the AIESEC Local

Committee throughout the internship period.

The amount of the reimbursement to be paid to

AIESEC is Rp 4,000,000.00 per month per intern.
