MCP RoleMC Team Management & Development
•Organize and run MC team Days
•Develop and implement management tools
and principles
•Ensure team building throughout the term
•Coaching and tracking of MC members in
accordance to the national plan
•Ensure and Manage Effective Team Meetings
•Enhance and Develop team synergies and
internal communication
•Create the MC Planning Framework
LCPs Team Management & Development
•Ensuring alignment and connection
between the LCP team
•Drive collaboration and knowledge sharing
between LCPs
•Along with the MC team, ensure LCPs
awareness of the Global and National
Plan.
•Provide opportunities of learning and
development for the LCPs team
Organizational Development•Setting long term vision for AIESEC in Egypt
and ensuring long term decision making and
sustainable growth for the whole entity
•Alignment of AIESEC in Egypt to the global plan
and AIESEC Network
•Keeping an eye on the state of the country
and reflecting it on AIESEC Internal operations
to capitalize or different trends, and to make
sure AIESEC play an effective role in different
challenges.

External Representation Organizational Governance
•Represent AIESEC in Egypt in different events
and meetings, and managing relationships
with certain Stakeholders
•Communication with the MCPs Network and
AIESEC International.
•Represent AIESEC in Egypt in International
Legislative Meetings
•Manage Supervisory Group, Reporting to SG
and taking forward SG Meetings Output
•Final Responsible for following AIESEC in Egypt
constitution and Compendium
•Final Responsible for fulfillment of Country
Membership Criteria
•Ensure Financial Transparency to AIESEC in
Egypt plenary

• National and local operational and long term planning experience.
• Understanding of National Compendium and decision making processes and accountability systems of AIESEC in
Egypt.
• Understanding and fair knowledge of financial management and legal affairs.
• Extensive knowledge on the growing external trends, internal national issues.
