Qualtiy Manager:

Job Description• Promotes all the opportunities among members.: Checks for opportunities like leadership positions, organiza-tion committees, conferences, CEEDerships and keep members up-dated about it . Checks for opportunities like trainings, webinars, camps and keep members updated about it .• Checks the attendance of the meetings• Tracks the Job Descriptions of the members and checks com-plains • Prepares surveys for more efficiency in all areas• Develop an LLC strategy - be in charge of the LLC department • Develop feedback surveys for each training.• Help in tracking the members – follow up of the performance appraisal tool

Job Requirements• A good knowledge of Myaiesec.net.• A perfect knowledge of the TM process.• A good knowledge of the needs of the members • A good knowledge about AI Updates

Measure of Success• Increase in member retention rate• Number of participant to the training courses• Number of members catching opportunities• Number of TM partners • Number of surveys developed•• Number of members having a clear JD • Improving members education and trainings • Evolution of the quality of TMP/TLP

IM &COM:Community manager position:-Establish a social media strategy: -Define the social media which are compatible with the organization and the Tunisian reality. -Define a clear goal for each social media. -Define the types of content and message to share based on that.

-Manage social media & website-Manage social media & website-Track and analyze statistics pertaining to our online presence-Create web content and materials-insure the growth of the fan/followers -Improve the engagement of the customers on social media

Job Description• Prepare an analysis of the Tunisian TN market and segmen-tation.• Create on a time basis, targets according to the national Target List.• Reraise, raise, match & realize of iGIP TNs.• Promote the TNs raised on social Medias and to international EPs.• Assure a follow-up with the TN takers and the EPs matched and realized.• Assure the training and the coaching of members assigned to the key area.• Report to the VP ICX on basis of need.
