Miscellaneous Transfer Fee

At times it happen that students wish to make a change in their choice of Medium Study Centre after registration (ie after deposition of Course Fee)

from the choice filled initially in the Application Form for Yearlong Classroom Contact Programmes of Resonance In such a case the institute hasmade

a provision of change of choice (even a student can apply for more than one change) after registration of the student at Resonance by depositing the

required amount of Fee (as mentioned below) at the institutes fee counter through Demand Draft Debit Card The student has to first enquire at the

institutes fee counter about the availability of space (for the change he she is applying) and once given the approval then he she has to fill up the

request form available at the counter alongwith the requisite fee (Any case of transfer (CentreMedium) shall be subject to the availability of vacancy

space in theMedium Centre However it shall be the sole decision of institutesmanagement to allow entertain any such request

Fee Refund on Disciplinary Grounds

1 Number of weeks for the calculation of fee refund amount will be calculated from the date of commencement of regular classes(Asmentioned in the academic calender) till the date onwhich refund of fee is applied for

If a studentwants to leave the institute and opts for fee refund heshe should follow the undermentioned steps

Collect the pre-formatted application of fee refund from institutes fee counter and fill it completely

Submit the filled-in refund application along with attachments ( atInstitutes FeeCounter

Collect theAcknowledgment Receipt of RefundApplication duly signedamp stamped by institutes authority and keep it for future reference

The fee refund transfer shall be donewithin 10 days from the refund application

If the studentparents face any problem in the process of course fee refund the office ofManager-Operations CentreManager can be approachedpersonallytelephonically or through lettere-mailfax etc

The studentparents should understand that fee refund is a part of institutes policy and we follow the refund rules amp regulations as mentionedabove in letter amp spirit However if the request of refund is submitted (in written with required documents) after the refund dates are over theinstitute shall not entertain itMoreover refund requestsmade verballyorally or through telephonee-mailfax shall also not be entertained

Note

The criteria of these scholarships shall be communicated to the students by the institute at the time of promotion fromClass-XI to Class-XII

The Institute reserves the rights to increasedecrease the no of scholarships and their amountwithout prior information to the studentsparents

There are some TermsampConditions to be fulfilled by the student to becomeeligible for scholarship under GSP These are

1 The scholarship under GSP is for YearlongClassroomContact Programmes (YCCPs) for one Academic Session ie 2012-13 only

2 All the scholarships are in the form ofconcession in the course fee (Course Fee+Service Tax+Education Cess) at Kota At other Study Centresitmay vary depending on the respective StudyCentres Scholarship Policies

3 AStudent can avail only one type of scholarship (Best of all forwhich heshe is eligible)

4 No other category except thementioned under GSP shall be considered for the scholarship

5 In a Two-year Course the scholarship provided shall be applicable for the first academic session (one year) only The scholarship in the secondacademic session (ie in the second year of the course) will only be provided on the basis of students academic performance ( marks inperiodiccumulative tests conducted by the institute throughout the first academic session) and hisher overall conduct as perceived by thefaculty amp administration of the institute

6 The students of academic session 2011-12 and before shall not be eligible under this scholarship programme

7 The right of awarding scholarship to any student reserves with Resonance The institute may disallow scholarship to any student despite beingeligible for it without assigning any reason The students can not claim any right for this For any issue the jurisdiction of Kota (Rajasthan) shall beapplicable

8 The student has to submit photocopy of an authentic document proving hisher eligibility to avail the disbursement of scholarship amount underGSP

9 If a student receives any of the rewards as mentioned above during the course period amp if heshe decides to leave the institutewithdraw from thecourseshows continuousfrequent absenteeism before the completion of course at any stage the institute will have all the rights to recover thereward amountany other financial expenses incurred from the student Thismay involve legal proceedings if required
