• Need access to passive plant• Almost any duct will do, as fibre can now sit in under 10mm

space• Terraced premises cost ~ £600 per unit

• Larger anchor tenant desirable but not essential• Our offering Business Grade, not residential

• We have huge pipes – 50G of IP • Aggregation still provides high quality

• Careful with comparisons• You cannot get a Rolls Royce for the cost of a mini
