How it Works
Participants record their steps along 10 beaches on
the Hawaiian Islands. Additional steps can be earned by chilling out or
taking a screen free break.
Participants earn points for completing up to three
wellbeing habits daily for maintaining balance. (A holiday version is also
available.)
Participants earn points for cardiovascular activity. Additional points can be earned each week by incorporating stress
management, resistance training, flexibility sessions
and healthy nutrition.

Participants record their steps to travel the 1,813
mile infamous Great River Road from the Mississippi
River in northern Minnesota to the finish line in New Orleans.

Participants reach San Francisco by recording
their steps and/or activity while earning bonus
steps for eating a fruit or vegetable as a snack.

Self-Paced Programs with Online TrackingEach challenge is six weeks and is designed to impact a number of health behaviors. Easily access these programs from your customized link sent to you from Blue KC on your computer or mobile device.
Participants record their steps and/or activity to move from Boston to
Miami and earn bonus steps for consuming
one or fewer servings of beverages with
added sugars.
Participants earn points practicing 7 self-care activities daily in an effort to prioritize taking care of themselves during the holiday season.

completing acts of kindness and stretching.
