company working with world class apparel manufacturers in South Asia. We bring fifteen years of
related experience in the fields of merchandising, quality assurance, fashion logistics and sourcing

Services
Supplier Credibility To ensure the quality, desired weight, construction and
colour, etc., we evaluate the capacity and capability of every
factory. We also check environmental control, safety laws,
labour practices and adherence to labour laws. We make
sure that our supplier can meet our requirements when it
comes to reaching the average number of pieces produced as
per buyer’s requirement at a given period of time to meet
the schedule.
Sourcing We have an experienced team which is well versed in
sourcing fabrics, yarn, accessories, labels and have good
working relationships with suppliers in China, India, Pakistan
& Bangladesh. We have our own R & D team who are skilled
& up-to-date with the latest trends in the fashion industry.
Sampling We develop and provide samples as per buyer’s design, fabric
quality, weight, shrinkage, colour fastness, specifications, etc.
We obtain buyer’s approval before heading to production
through our professional staff of Merchandisers and Quality
Controllers who always keep a close check on sampling and
production.
Quality Control & Assurance
Our quality control personnel are stationed at all
manufacturing sites to ensure that all production will meet
the buyer’s requirements. We always want to deliver
satisfaction to our customers; we monitor the order from
sourcing of raw materials and accessories to production and
up to the final Control/Assurance and shipment of goods. We
also monitor and report the status of the order to the buyer
with systematic follow up at every stage.
Shipping
All shipping documents are reviewed and verified by our
Commercial Team to ensure compliance with buyer’s
requirements. And our team also ensures that the goods are
handed over to the forwarder/shipping company within the
cut-off time to maintain intended FOB date.

The Team
Shibli Noman. Managing Director of AHN International Holdings Inc., Malaysia (a Group of
Companies that has interests in Fashion Sourcing, Gadget & Cellular Phone Trading, Various
Consultancy firms, interests Hospitality industry). An entrepreneur with almost 2 decades of
corporate experience, he worked in fashion logistics, freight forwarding & supply chain management
handling customers like Primark, Sears, JC Penny, S.Oliver, Hermes and Tchibo. He worked with
several multi-national institutions including DHL Global Forwarding, Hellmann Worldwide Logistics,
Ceva Logistics & Hanjin Shipping. He is also involved with different social organizations and
professional bodies. He earned his BSc from University of Humberside & Lincolnshire, Sharjah, UAE,
and Masters from Atish Dipankar University of Science & Technology, Bangladesh.
Naveed A Chowdhury, Chief Operating Officer of AHN Fashion Sourcing. An entrepreneur with many
years of corporate experience, he is also currently Managing Director and Chief Supply Chain Officer
of AirVoice Communications Ltd (a mobile handset and telecommunications company focusing on
mobile phones). He is also serving as Managing Partner of Safeway Associates and Honorary
Director, Nova Consultancy Bangla. Prior to that he worked with several multi-national institutions
including The World Bank Group and Citibank N.A. He is also involved with different social
organizations and professional bodies. He is a lifetime member of the American Alumni Association
(AAA) in Bangladesh. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Dhaka West. He serves in the general
body of CHANGE (a local NGO) based out of Brammanbaria. He earned his BA from University of
Maryland, USA, and MSc from University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom. He is a member of the
alumni association of both the universities.
Michelle D. Golez heads the Merchandising team at AHN Fashion Sourcing. She is a graduate of
Computer Programming and started her career in the semi-conductor industry (Fujitsu Philippines
and Philips Taiwan). She found her passion in the fashion world and ventured into the garment
industry, starting as a Trainee Merchandiser in 2001 at a reputable garment factory in the
Philippines. In order to enhance her knowledge, she accepted the challenge to work under the
Chairman of the Paris Group in Dubai which is the largest Licensee of European Brands in the Middle
East such as Cerruti, Pierre Cardin, AZZARO, TED LAPIDUS, GUY LAROCHE and VERSACE. She was
connected in Must Garments / IDS / Elegant Group as AGM in Marketing and Merchandising where
she handled the following buyers: Marks & Spencer / Next / Cortefiel / Lpp Cropp / Colins / Cotton
On / River Island / Target Australia.
Samrat R Saha is heading the Operations and Quality Control team at AHN Fashion Sourcing. A
graduate of Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology, he
worked for ABB Australia as a Design Engineer. He is also well experienced in the RMG sector.
