1 RECRUITMENT & SELECTION:

Make, Develop & update the Job analysis, Job Description and job specifications for current & new positions at the company.

Design a hiring process system flow. Responsible about Documenting & updating hiring policies & procedures

at the company wide. Conduct man power & head count planning for all the company functions. Handling all hiring agencies – universities & institutes, affairs & update the

database constantly. Responsible about constructing all jobs interviews to better judge &

evaluate the jobs applicants, to closely match our needs in terms of needed levels of competencies – skills – abilities models.

Receive all job requisitions from various departments. Update & evaluate sources for potential calibers and collect CVs and

applications. Screen CVs. Interview & test candidates & recommend the best for further

considerations & keep close relations & communications with departments heads about the hiring’s statues.

Prepare the short list with the selected candidates for decision interview. Brake & negotiate job offers to qualified candidates. Design & execute on boarding & orientation programs for new hires

employees. Design & approve all needed processes forms. All ISO 9001-4001 Procedures . All Procedures of Co-Operating With IMC (Industry Modernization Center ).

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:

Responsible about Documenting & updating training & development policies & procedures at the company wide

communicate survey to employees – give proper process instructions – provide support – preserve handing due dates….).

Communicate the analysis reports for the survey results (coming from engagement survey contractor HEWITT) to the top management.

Communicate with employees through math meetings about the areas that put them off engagement.

Formulate & execute a correction action plan from the employees & top management feedbacks Measure & evaluate the finale results after implementing the correction

action plan Handling all employees’ grievances & conduct necessary investigations &

take positive actions towards solving it. Promote & communicate the company (CODE OF ETHICS) to all employees

clearly & investigate any violations and implement disciplinary actions according to the system rules.
