Review any alternative to the Design submitted by the CONSULTANT/CONTRACTOR, prepare and submit a report including

recommendation to the Manager highlighting advantages and disadvantages of each alternative. Review the materials proposed by CONTRACTOR and propose alternatives to improve the quality, future maintenance and cost

effectiveness. Review technically the change requests variations submitted by the CONTRACTOR for future claims. Review MARs and ensure that the materials and source comply with the specifications requirements. Make sure that Sub-CONTRACTOR has submitted MS, QCP, ITP, and Records’ Forms prior to starting the relevant activity. Review MS, QCP, ITP, and Records’ Forms submitted by CONTRACTOR to verify their adequacy, suitability and effectiveness in

complying with the relevant Specifications’ Requirements. Coordinate with Senior QA/QC to establish the intervention Points and the verification Records in the proposed ITP.
