Irrigation Maintenance Agreement:

This agreement describes the terms and conditions of A.G.W. Water Works irrigation maintenance service. A complete irrigation system maintenance consists of the following:

CHECK PUMPS FOR:> Proper function, operation, & performance > Leaks or broken pipes > Proper performance from sand & sediment (vu-flo) filter on discharge side of pump (IF EQUIPPED)

CHECK ZONES FOR:> Sprinkler head obstruction (caused by grass, plants, or other materials) > Adjustment, function, & performance of each sprinkler> Leaks & breaks at sprinklers> Leaks & breaks in underground pipes> Proper function of solenoids> Proper function of electronic valves> Adequate coverage

CHECK CLOCKS FOR:> Proper settings (time, date, & program schedule as per St. Johns County Law)> Proper digital display on face plate> Insects & corrosion that may impede performance> Proper rain sensor function (IF EQUIPPED)

OTHER SERVICES PERFORMED:> Simple sprinkler head adjustments (no tools or additional time required)> Removal of obstructions from sprinklers (no tools or additional time required) > Cleaning of sand & sediment (vu-flo) filter

The above services will be provided for a fee of $ per inspection/visit. A normal inspection with usual service should not require parts or additional labor. If any parts or additional labor are required, A.G.W. Water Works is allowed to do work up to $__________ to correct problem(s). A.G.W. Water Works will notify our customer of any repairs that are going to exceed this amount & give the estimated cost for solution.

The time required to make repairs will be billed on the actual cost of labor at the current hourly rate per Technician & per Service Worker, if present. Parts will be billed based on the manufactures suggested list price.

Services in between inspections are subject to separate and additional charges.

This agreement may be terminated without cause by either party. Notice of termination must be submitted in writing 60 days prior to date of termination.

A.G.W. WATER WORKS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY WORK DONE DUE TO INCORRECT BOUNDARY LOCATION. FURTHERMORE, A.G.W. WATER WORKS IS IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE DONE TO ANY UNDERGROUND UTILITIES (CABLE, PHONE, WATER, ELECTRIC), ANY OTHER UNDERGROUND OBJECTS, OR LANDSCAPING (TREES, PLANTS, GRASS, ETC.) THAT MAY NEED TO BE DISTURBED FOR COMPLETION OF WORK.
