Company profile AG&S Building Systems Pty Ltd commenced business in November 1990, previously under the registered name of Auction Garages and Sheds Pty Ltd. Operations began as humble beginnings at Macarthur Auctions (Sydney, Australia) from a double garage with a dirt floor selling sheds kits direct to the public. In 1992, we moved premises and began selling distributorships around Australia. In 1997, under the Company name of Hi-Tech Designs Pty Ltd we entered the New Zealand Market In 2003 we entered the UK market. We are continuing to expand these overseas markets. Today AG&S Building Systems Pty Ltd is the largest buying group for Garages and Sheds in the Southern Hemisphere boasting 120 Distributors of our brand “Fair Dinkum Homes & Sheds” around Australia. Sales currently average 350 buildings a week (figures taken from current financial year to date) including Garages, Barns, Farm sheds, Industrial/commercial buildings and carports. The growth chart below indicates the number of sheds sold each year.

Plans

Computer generated, job specific plans are supplied within minutes of their request via email.

Corporate advertising is organised through the office of AG&S Building Systems advertising the brand of “Fair Dinkum Homes & Sheds”. Currently we are running a national TV campaign featuring Peter Brock, Australia’s racing car driver legend. A 1800 toll free number is used in all advertising sending the call to the appropriate distributor.

We are currently working on a housing system called MultiShack. This software will give our Distributors the flexibility of providing low-cost housing. This will give our Distributors an even larger scope to increase their sales by giving them the tools they require to allow them to sell in a market they have not had access to in the past.

The office of AG&S Building Systems is located in Camden NSW and operates with 18 personnel, covering all areas including, Research & Development, Drafting, Distributor Management, IT, order processing, Accounts, Contracts and Distributor Training plus a computer programmer working full time to upgrade our systems and two Engineers.

AG&S Building Systems is a family owned and operated business. We view our Distributors as being a part of a big family.
