AGREEMENT TO SEVER MARITAL OBLIGATIONS AND RIGHTS

We, GILEN S. PILAR and RICHARD I. PILAR, both of legal ages, Filipinos, married to each other, and residents of Lot 19, San Antonio St., Cortijos De San Rafael, Montalban, Rizal and New Buswang, Kalibo, Aklan, respectively, hereby agree to live separately from each other and renounce our rights over and responsibilities towards each other, including but not limited to our marital rights and obligations. We likewise agree to respect each other’s decisions regarding our personal relationships, choice of occupations, choice of residence, and all other matters that may have effect on our family.

As proof of this agreement, we hereby sign this instrument in the presence of our witnesses, this ____ day of ________ at Kalibo, Aklan, Philippines.
