Congratulations!As an Agnes Scott College sophomore you have

earned the privilege to order the coveted Agnes Scott College Ring. The receipt of the Agnes Scott College Ring is one of the highlights of the sophomore year and has been a treasured Agnes Scott College tradition since 1926.

Each sophomore is eligible to purchase a ring beautifully set with a genuine black onyx stone. Each stone will be incised with the ASC trademark letters. The sides of the ring will bear your year-date of graduation and your degree. Rings will be presented during the Sophomore Family Weekend Ring Premier in a beautiful wooden box customized with the Agnes Scott College seal.

During the Ring Ordering Event, a Herff Jones Representative will work with each sophomore in selecting her ring. Students will be offered the traditional ring size, or the petite, a smaller version of the traditional ring size. Each ring will be custom engraved with the student’s name (up to 17 spaces) on the inside. Sample rings to preview and finger sizing will be available during the Sophomore Class Ordering Event.

Payment MethodsAccepted forms of payment are cash, personal checks, money orders, major credit cards and debit cards. The following payment options are available:

1. Payment in full at the time of order.

2. Four or six equal monthly installments charged to a credit card or debit card. Card information will be taken at the time of order. The first installment will be charged within two weeks of your order. The remaining installments will be charged over the next three or five consecutive months until the balance is paid in full.

3. A deposit may be made by check or cash at the time of order. The remaining balance will be charged in four or six equal monthly credit or debit card installments as described above. The first installment will be charged within two weeks of your order.

4. Half, or more than half, of the ring balance paid at the time of order and the remaining balance paid via check, credit or debit card on or before January 31st. Student will be responsible for mailing their final payment directly to Messier & Associates. All payments should be made payable to Herff Jones.

Should you choose to utilize a debit card, Herff Jones will not be responsible for any over draft fees and will not reimburse or reverse any charges related to the use of your debit card.
