RULES & CONDITIONS FOR 2016 JUDGING WILL COMMENCE at 10.30 am
1. The Show is restricted to residents of the Isle of Wight 2. ALL CATTLE & SHEEP shall have been in the exhibitor's possession for at
least 2 MONTHS prior to 28th November 2016. 3. There will be an entrance fee of £5 for cattle and lambs per entry into the
show made out to ‘The Gilten Market Fund’ which will be non refundable if the stock is not presented on the day.
4. ALL EXHIBITS for the show to be in their place by 9.30 am and no exhibit to
leave the market before the end of the Auction. 5. ANY DISPUTE or appeal in connection with the competition must be notified
to the secretary immediately they arise and will be referred to the Appeal Panel.
6. ALL EXHIBITS must be offered for sale by Auction and be bona fide sold to
obtain any prize monies due. 7. The Gilten Beast and Reserve Gilten Beast prizes cannot be won by beasts
entered in the unhandled classes, unless there are not enough entries in the handled classes.
8. Cattle must be from 3 or 4 year TB testing farms or pre movement tested
within the previous 60 days. **********************************************************************************
