� RTV coating ensures No Flash Over incidences

� Flash Over in Insulators is common phenomena and happens due

to increase in Corona. Reason for corona/arcing/tracking is:

� Dust/pollution contamination sticks over insulators

� Moisture in foggy weather

� Salt contamination in costal region� Salt contamination in costal region

� RTV coating increases the hydrophobicity of insulators to best

grinding and processing of mechanical gears. Typical features are
