Richard is a broad Lean - Agile practitioner who is passionate about empowering people,
producing safe-to-fail environments and the amazingly broad beauty of humans and
what we can all do when given true freedom from external constraints.
Matt Winterbottom Head of Transformation Frameworks, HSBC
Matt is a change management practitioner with 14 years of experience in the financial
services sector, working across IT, Operations and Business change teams.
Jon Walsh Senior Transformation Manager, M&S Bank
Jon initially trained as a Structural Engineer and worked for several years managing
Bridge projects before moving to financial services. He has 8 years’ experience in
financial services with Bank of America and HSBC group, initially working in risk and
financial analytics before moving into project delivery and transformation at the end of
2016. Jon is now responsible for the delivery of a number of strategic projects at M&S
bank.
Ian Hexter (Chair) Global Delivery Director, HSBC
A highly motivated and ambitious change leader, with over 20 years global experience in
Financial Services delivering transformational change programmes, currently focused on
driving business agility and agile change into the organisation.

Louise Elliott Agile Consultant
Louise has worked in the software world for over 25 years as a developer, architect and
manager. She was an early adopter of agile techniques and has led the transformation to
agile and lean ways of working in multiple organisations. She is a huge believer in
pragmatic agile approaches and in building true partnership between the business and IT.
