O p e n f lo o r q u e stio n s: Starting with 11.15 John Sloan giving thanks to the organization, talking about the world chefs and the new organization.

1. Slovenia: Election in 2016 who is nominated, John answer: We will see who the candidates

will be 2. Slovenia: The cost for the endorsed competition is too high, why? - John S will come back

on this. 3. Slovenia: Rules change without any notice, how come and who decide? 4. John S will contact Culinary Committee 5. Slovenia: The new proposal of GCC competitions- Domenico answer that we are creating a

new standard with more competitors, a bigger event. John wants everyone to discuss this over lunch and feedback before closing the meeting.

6. Slovenia: Judge seminar cost, Conny Andersson answer that WACS have spent money and need to fill up the cost for that. Domenico answer that we are having costs. We improve this to

secure judges and competitions. Dragan answer: It’s important to grow and teach to improve this. It cost money.

7. Slovenia: which national associations is professional or amateur-Domenico answer: it’s up to each country.

8. Slovenia, Bosnia: Competitions not by WACS: Dragan answer-it’s up to you to invite and recommend endorsed judges. Domenico takes the question to Culinary committee, can you write that you have a WACS judge when the competition is not an endorsed competition by WACS.

9. Wales/UK: who checks up if the judges are approved, that they are certified- Dragan answers: The organizer must check up if they are certified. Domenico it’s up to all countries to call in approved judges. John answers- it’s up to you to keep the dialog with Culinary Committee, important that the countries take their responsibility. Germany have two judges that not are members but approved to 2015, it’s up to Culinary Committee. They should not be judges any more, it’s important that the office takes care of this. John Sloan wants to check this up.

10. Portugal: Judges that not are chefs-Domenico answers that we looking in to this, to have separated parts to be a judge. It’s important that we take this progress.

11. Portugal: Does a chef get the certification when being to a judging seminar-Domenico answers that-the president are making the application form, so it’s up to the Country. Neil Thomson says it’s important with structure.

12. Croatia Master chef London- Dragan answers that they don’t have anything to do with WACS, What are the certification worth? which is which, Domenico answer that he has been in contact around this.

15.45 Candidate country for the next European Meeting and proposed dates /DU Azerbadjan presentataion Hungary and Serbia are showing interest to hold this event but are not present to make a presentation. Proposal from D.U All interested countries should turn in a written presentation before end of June (2 months). Decision: proposal from all three with costs for one day meeting: approved Dragan Unic coordinate, Electronic vote

N e x t E u ro p e m e e tin g : Proposal is to have a meeting in spring 2016. A fly in fly out meeting, maximum 1-2 nights.

Proposal from Brian Cotterill issue to make a list of judges, Culinary committee, must have the list of A or B judges, call of. D o m e n ico a n sw e r: associated organization knows the own country judges best and should decide. Jo h n S lo a n : CCC Culinary Committee and Country can also pick delist a judge, List of judges must be send to Culinary Committee chairman, Jo h n S lo a n : need to respect that if some judge not longer is qualified.t
